Can be from sinus drainage, colds, flu, allergies, screaming... anything that would make it feel scratchy, irritated or makes your voice raspy.

My sinuses are draining, making my throat froated.

A truncation of "off-roader", a froader is an outdoor enthusiast with a beat up piece of shit vehicle that is heavily modified for off-roading. Despite this, their vehicle is likely far more capable of off-roading than most lifted trucks you will see driving around.
