Someone that never had any heart trying to preach to somebody else about how everything is not about muscles, it's about heart.

If the bubbly girl's heart was as big as her mouth, she would know what she was talking about when she was preaching and ranting. She was a nincompoop without any sense, and was the kind of person that would make sure nobody found the smoking gun that put a hole in the guy's back.
