Essential Butty

Used to describe someone who makes poor decisions, or is just overall to be considered as a bit of a dumb cunt, however does not realise this themselves.

Derived from the essential classes at school that help ‘special children’ and the term ‘butty’.

Similar use to the word ‘retard’.
