High School kids who have to ride the bus, whose parents are too poor to buy them a car, and who have no friends with cars. Hence called 'bussers'. Looked down at by those who have cars to drive to school. Often lumped into the overall term: Baggers and Bussers

One high school kid to another: Here come the bussers. (as a bus empties students in front of a school)

Another: Mommy and Daddy are too poor to buy them cars.

New Years Berserk

When you go berserk after consuming a mutitude of shots, Your friends must then lock you in the van as a result of your incoherent behavor so they can go to the club without you embarresing them, you then lose it as your intoxicated mind taps into its prehistoric nature and busts the van in half as an attempt on figuring out how to push the door open... and there by having to pay your friend the car bill after waking up and not remembering how it happend but knowing it was you that happened.....

During new years I had a New Years Berserk and totally lost it and ripped a japanese lady in half with my bare hands

comes from the slang term used to describe smoking cocaine (free-basing). Since cocaine is highly addictive, people generally always have it on their mind and will do anything to get it. Henceforth, this term can be applied to anyone who exhibits these characteristics regardless of the drug they use.

Ex: Derek has pot. He smoked Phil out an hour ago, but Phil wants to smoke again. All Phil can think of is smoking again, and he keeps asking Derek if he wants to as well. Derek does not want to yet, and eventually replies, "I'm tired of your basser attitude!"
