A Psuedo-Fan is a person who jumps on whatever thing happens to be the latest thing. They act as if they have been fans for their entire life, and claim to be extremely knowedgeable about their new fandom. They wear the merchandise, buy the games (if any), watch the movies, etc. Once the hype has died down, they go to the next popular thing.
They are EXTREMELY irritating to Proper-Fans, who consider them a mockery to the fandom.

Usually just some kids that can't get friends anyway so they just decided to dress in all black so that they can have an excuse to be "differnt". Also usually shops exclusively at Hot Topic because they think that thats goth, when in fact they're actually aiding "the system" they so, seemingly, despise. Most kids like this usually sport the classic "emo swoop".

Get the Psuedo Goths mug.A pseudoscene person happens to be someone who dearly wishes that he or she could fit into the description which is that of a scenester. But while said person wishes that they could be scene, he or she seems to fail miserably and becomes a disgrace to him or herself and the people around him or herself. Most pseudoscenesters are characterized by "really cool" black and bleached blonde hair, tight Diesel or Seven jeans for both the guys and girls, black Converse All Stars, favorite band tote bag, something along the lines of a Pretty Girls Make Graves shirt, various facial piercings (optional), heavy eye makeup, etc. These people just seem to think that they are "really cool" becuase they are so "scene" when, in all actuality, they are frowned upon by the numerous musical cliques of the world.
