Get the Cooning/Coonmug. An aggressive and dangerous black person in the Washington DC area. They prey on tourists- mugging, stealing, carjacking..assaulting them. They will try and intimidate the victim by being loud and speaking coon talk. They have bad intentions. And there’s very little repercussions due to local political leader’s policies on crime.
While walking to the Jefferson Memorial, a group of DC coons threatened to shoot me if I didn’t give them my wallet.
