person who forces drinks on others as to liven up the party. 'peddles' drinks to everyone at the party. a bartender of sorts.

Tina: "I was just riding the buzz, until this guy walks up and hands out shots to the whole table."

Clare: " That drink peddler is the f!@*ing bomb! This party rocks now!"

a person selling real estate, aka a real estate agent, frequently (but not always) of questionable values and/or the property is of questionable worth

he thinks he's a real estate agent but considering the properties, he's just a a dirt peddler
if you're not careful, that dirt peddler will sell you a piece of property at twice what it's worth

Hurry puddle

A hurry puddle is the result of a man not taking the time to shake, wipe or air dry his penis after urination, thereby causing a telltale moisture spot upon the front of his trousers. Usually aligned to the natural orientation of said penis, a hurry puddle is generally more visible on grey and khaki pants.

"Dude, wtf is on Brett's crotch?"
"The old geezer forgot to shake and got a hurry puddle. Go tell him to cover it with his iPad."
