Pulling an Eragon

A phrase used when someone steals an idea so blatantly from another sourse, and only edits it soooo slightly, but just enough to not get sued for copywright infringement as the author of Eragon did with Star Wars and Lord of the Rings.
That idiot thinks this is original! He obviously is pulling an Eragon on us!
