A phrase coined by Williamson hall students at the University of New Hampshire. Usually written on the dormroom's door indicating sexual activity is going on in the room to warn friends and roommates.

Doug: "Yo Ova's girlfriend is up from Maryland"
Tom: "Oh that ugly chick?"
Doug: "Yeah, I heard him saying he's goin wildcats tonight"
Tom: "Damn hope he brought a paper bag"
