An operating system that Microsoft Windows releases that is terrible.

This results in a pattern known as the Windows Pattern.

Windows Fail = Windows 95, Windows Me, Windows Vista, Windows 8.

A slip of paper given to an individual that does an action considered a "FAIL".

After reading some words and their definitions on Urban Dictionary, you start to realize a lot of things on the site are bullshit and should have never made it onto the site. This is known as an urdic fail.
