V. To involuntarily awaken at 3 a.m. after a night of drinking. Most commonly experienced by middle aged people who used to use alcohol to help them sleep.

The faster you can hit the metaphorical buzzer in this case by saying the words buzz not, the better. The chore or annoyance typically arises before the individuals BUZZ NOT.
