It can be drug related, sexually related, or Ofcourse In a generally speaking approach. When you have the orgasm of a life time, your partner or significant other twacked your tweeter. When you’ve been up for several days on some form of stimulant. You my friend are a tweeter twacking. If you ate a good meal at a restaurant it twacked your tweeter. If you know someone who is a complete imbecile, those are considered tweeter twackers. It’s a word that’s quite humorous with multiple meanings and can be used in multiple ways.
