nccer certified

Adopted in 1996 as a standard for teaching squirrels how to prove they can keep from shutting equipment down and go out & do work. It's not like ISA requring an actual apprentiship & time based knowledge. You can get NCCER certified in a week & if that's what the major oil companies want lets see how that works out for them!
