For example 'The Next Food Channel Star', 'Great Food Truck Race', or 'Cutthroat Kitchen'. Basically any show that centers around a contest, or serial (cereal) competition on any of the aforementioned networks!

'Cutthroat Kitchen' is a Food Network SOUP OPERA because its more a weekly culinary game show than a program about how to cook food!
