She's not satisfied with her life right now, she's young but feels like she failed already. She still has so many things need to improve, and need to learn. She is thinking that what if she was born in a different surroundings, would she be able to express herself more than what she can show with the current life she's been. Because she knows that she can do better if she's given a chance to do what she really want, like hobbies, sports, or anything that making herself express more. She's hoping that in her next life she would be born with the same family and friends but with a better life.

mid-dinner angst 

The moment when a reformed vegetarian, when enjoying a meal, preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant, stares at the ostrich steak with garlic mashed potatoes he ordered and feels a sudden pang of horror at his relaxing ethical standards on the prevention of cruelty to animals. Often involves vomiting, and fleeing both the restaurant, and his date in shame.

A: "Yo, dawg, why did Julian do a loop during the main course?"
B. "Dude, he's suffering from some mid-dinner angst, have some understanding, man."

Beefcake dinner

After you break up with your girlfriend and you are hitting the gym like a mofo and she is out stuffing her face full of take out and maragitas...thus becoming a beefcake at the same time you are becoming a beefcake.
