Snap!

1/. An exclamation made when you notice pairs or multiples of an object or image, ie 2 people wearing the same shirt or driving the same car, or seeing a pair of twins etc. First one to notice the pair loudly says the word 'Snap!' to gain kudos. Originated from an traditional card game where ir a pair is made the word 'Snap!' is shouted, but applied to the real world.

2/. An exclamation used when catching or seeing someone doing something they didnt want anyone to see. Originated from the word 'snapshots' taken by cameras. When catching someone ther word 'snap!' is loudly exclaimed to let them know you saw them. The seen person is then said to have been 'snapped'. Widely used in New Zealand

1./ When I saw she had the same red top and black jeans as that other chick, I had to say "Snap!"

2./ I saw the students smoking behind the pavilion, and they knew it because I shouted "Snap!"

Snapchat douche

A person who uses the social networking app, snapchat, purely to show off to other friends their whereabouts with intentions of making their friends jealous and possibly left out. Often snapchat douches are self centered and have low self esteem because they constantly need others to know that they are doing something.

Person 1:"Hey, is anyone hanging out tonight?"

Person 2:"Naw, I mean we might do something later, but I'll hit you up."

*person 1 opens snapchat video hours later of everyone hanging out and was never told

Person 1: "man, what a snapchat douche"

Snapchat

A social media platform where you can send and receive pictures and video's that you can watch for 10 seconds or shorter (with fun filters if you want) from friends or celebrities.

If someone adds you, you can call or text them on the app as well as sending them private 10 second or shorter pictures or video's and they see them once or twice.
If you add someone and they are not private you can even see their story that's public so everyone can see the whenever they want to untill you delete it.
