another name for undergarments. the top hat is the obvious covering the head, the bottom hat is the shoe, all that is left to name are the secret hats. These are the hats nobody has to know about you wearing unless you want them to.

"Hey, nice top hat, dude! Where'd you get it?"
"Hot Topic! If you like this, you'd LOVE their secret hats. So many fun colors/patterns! "
