Hot and crusty

Hot and crusty is a sexual position which is uses by both men and women to stimulate their partner. One rubs their feet against the bed to create friction and then uses said foot to stimulate their partners genitalia. The heat caused by the friction leads to the "hot," while the "crusty" is a reference to the bunions, calluses, and or fungus on the person feet. Hot and crusty can also refer to a small bakery/eatery.
