A subscription to laziness.

In certain (student)cities in the Netherlands people can subscribe to a bike service for +/-15 euros a month.
In return, they get a bike which - in case of a defect - gets replaced with another bike within 24 hours.
Bikes can be recognized by its blue front tires and poorly mannered users.

Person 1: Hey man, look at that fat person over there.
Person 2: I know right. He is definitely a swapfiets user.
