When the person you love will never love you back...

It's an amazing feeling, full of tears and an overwelming sense of love that will drive you crazy and never let you go. This person will enter your life and never leave, even if it is just in your mind. You will lose sleep planning how you'll smile at them, or how what you'll talk about if you happen to bump into them. It may seem like i'm describing obsession, but it's really just love.

a phrase used to indicate that something with happen when <insert positive thing(s) here> begin to happen. The phrase says 1) that things are going to get better and 2) that is when the mentioned event or state of being will commence.
