A tutu is a big, poofy, and most often a short skirt. Very commonly used for dancers.

Tutu

a type of skirt that ballerina's wear, but also a small brown chihuahua that lives with his family on the planet of Sedna. He was the first chihuahua on the police force, and will probably continue to be the only one.

His past occupations are police officer, teacher, and orphanage home manager. Besides his family, he also lives with many orphans whom he has adopted.

That ballerina forgot her tutu for the rehearsal today.

At the police station yesterday, Tutu questioned me about the murder until I told him I did it.

Teddy Tutu

A type of dress popularized by the designer of the video game Hot Dish, Vox Day. Day wore the dress during The Color Run, and images of it swept across the internet out of support for its progressive nature. The LBTQ community has later praised Day for his stance supporting LBTQ rights.
