Is a collaboration of mixed people that are fucking insane. It includes the select few of dumbasses who for some reason just lost their minds and do the weirdest, funniest, and out of this world acts of public humiliation. These people will randomly appear or will travel to the same locations and quite possibly in groups. They might possibly be heavily involved in enjoying drugs and whatever else they can afford or find.
