A phrase used to articulate a command when dealing with a less than intelligent person or someone who has made a poor decision (i.e a dumbass). Generally followed by the assumption you're going to penetrate their anus.

Dude! You broke into a house that is owned by a cop?! Turn 'round. Just turn 'round.
