To defer an action to a later time by masturbating in place of taking said action. Can apply to most situations, although commonly used in reference to the typical habits of students during revison weeks or swot-vac, as it nurtures the natural tendancy to procrastinate and releaves stress.

Student 1: "So what were your plans for tonight?"
Student 2: "I thought about studying, but SBS is having a movie night, so I'll probably just procrasturbate instead."
Student 1: "Yeah, same."
