A nasty strand of flu, much worse than manflu, that really takes its nomitime to go away, and usually starts with a sore throat and progresses through many symptoms.

I had a nasty case of Nomiflu last week, it really knocked me out.

Inspired by, of course, Jeff Bridges Oscar nomination. Said in a sense of exclamation and celebration. The word can also be used in a sense of displease. Meaning can be determined almost entirely by emphasis and speed of how the word is spoken. The word is most often spoken as itself being the entire sentence.
