An Izer is a male who disrespects women by sleeping around, playing games,or macking on biddies. In other words he is a the equivalent of a female slut. Its often used by powerful, sexy, independent women who are classier than these scum bags. You can often spot them wearing Timberlands, dark jeans, pop collars, and spend many hours at the gym or playing video games. Their favorite show is Bromance because they desperately relate to it and their boys always come first.

A malapropism often said in error by someone unfamiliar with statistics. The speaker likely means "linear regression".
