Four Dollar Toast

A symbol of the rapid gentrification of San Francisco, $4 toast can be traced back to The Mill Cafe, in Alamo Square. An 'artisanal' food craved by the same hipsters that America loves to hate, but that America's young tech elite sucessfully pushed out of the City by pushing rents to the highest level in the nation.

So now cafes in San Francisco are frequented by yuppies with small dogs and kombucha-sipping, origami-enjoying, yoga-worshipping upper-middle class vegan couples.

And toast is four bucks. But hey gay marriage is legal!

Four dollar toast is to SF as the cronut is (was?) to NYC. Inflation will make it alright though.

Four Flusher

Bragging, boasting, and empty promise.

From 19th c. poker players - someone who is claiming to have a five card flush, when actuality they only have four cards. NOT someone who is so full of shit that you need four flushes to send them down the toilet.

In the movie "The Great Waldo Pepper" Robert Redford's character was exposed as a "Four Flusher" for claiming to have fought a German WWI ace, when he actually had not.

When one puts a dildo on each of his/her four fingers and proceeds to slap another across the face with the dildoed hand. Preferably preceded by a killer setup, see below.

Dude 1 has his hand hidden behind his back with a dildo on each of his four fingers.

Dude 1, “You’ve got a fourdick on your face.”
Dude 2, “I think you messed up that joke man. Isn’t it supposed to be a dickfor?”

Dude 1, “Who said anything about a joke? I’m just telling you you’ve got a fourdick on your face.”
Dude 2, “Fine, I’ll bite. What’s a fourdick?”

Fourble

Four lengths of pipe or tubing joined together. Used mainly by oil engineers and derrick workers.

"Well, you've seen oil derricks or pictures of 'em? You know
that little platform that runs around the outside of the derrick about halfway
up? Well, that's the fourble board. Well, you see, drill pipe comes in
lengths and you handle them with several lengths screwed together so as to
save time gettin' 'em in and out of the hole. Two lengths is a double, three
