A type of flex in which the flexer says something negative about himself contradictory to what is really him, (e.g. says he's stupid but he's really intelligent) in front of the guy he is flexing on who is the real stupid one and he knows it so he is being reverse flexed on.

He did play the bodybuilder mass game and got to 250s, sacrificing some proportions for more size. In 1999, he was diagnosed with an extremely dangerous kidney disease.. He was never the same again and had to retire shortly after.
He now is a partner with EFX, a nutritional company. He is considered the greatest bodybuilder to never win a Mr. Olympia.
