Upstairs down stairs Derek

"Upstairs Downstairs Derek" is an age-old enigma, an elusive phrase passed through generations, its meaning stubbornly out of reach. Is it a historical reference, a forgotten tale, or a nonsensical quirk? Scholars and linguists have tried decoding it, yet the phrase resists interpretation, tantalizing and frustrating in equal measure. Its mystery is compelling, a reminder that some things remain unknown, testaments to language's power and humanity's fascination with the unexplained.

upstairs vs. downstairs hangover

Refers to da ratio of how much your "upstairs" hangovers (i.e., "morning after" headaches, nausea, etc.) affect da flabby "hangover" --- i.e., floppily-drooping beer gut --- dat gradually develops "downstairs". Generally speaking it'll be about equal; in other words, da more alcohol you guzzle, da more of an "overhang" you'll get at your waistline.
Seeing other folks afflicted with an "upstairs vs. downstairs hangover" should be ample motivation to not start drinking yourself!

I'll be Upstairs!

A wholesome phrase coined by comedian and social personality Theo Von. While it may be interpreted in multiple ways, the overarching concept is that of acceptance and invitation, with an open heart and mind. Extending the olive branch of friendship without judgement. It is sometimes augmented with the bonus boof-pack: "There's only room for two". (as in you are my Ride or Die.) That's extra love and indicates a very cool connection. If someone uses this vernacular with you, keep 'em close.
Homie 1: I'm off to sail the high seas, won't see you for a bit.
Homie 2: I'll be Upstairs!
Homie 1: Not sure about my living situation when i get back, may I crash w/ you if needed?
Homie 2: There's only room for two, my dude.
