When Old Timers send in Chronic Relapsers to fuck with someone and say their being of service.

National Relapse Day

the day to (if you absolutely HAVE to) relapse in whatever you were trying to stop. You can ONLY do it on this day. That day is SEPTEMBER 7TH . Until then and after then u can NOT RELAPSE AGAIN. stay clean peoplez xx
