Originally UK slang - means ‘Shooter’

It is now used in NYC drill and UK drill

Other variations - ‘booter’ also means shooter mainly in UK.

UK, Toronto and NYC have many similar slangs due to Caribbeans

Example -

Man 1 - dont mess with him hes a well known OOTER

Man 2 - yhh i heard hes a drilla

A term used when no other response can be conjured. Often after a great pause that only furthers to degrade one's intellect.

Often confused with Ooeeeer (containing more than 2 letter 'e's) Which is a girl's response to seeing a dead frog.... or male scrot sack.

Person A: Your mom is fat
Tramp: .........(thinks).....Ooeer!!

Person A: Thus proving i invented gravity
Tramp: On the contrary my dear Person A, I have proven you did not
Person A:....... Ooeer!!

This is my way of spelling "uber". It means the same thing as "uber" but its better because its my way of spelling it and no matter what everyone says thats the way to spell it

An over-statement of happiness or emphasis. Generally replaces "super-dooper" in conversation
Can be used saracastically.

"Hey man! how's your day?"
"oober-duper dude, just, oober duper...."
