Mumbles is a character by Edbassmaster on YouTube. Born in the 60's in Malt Lickie, Texas; he often has trouble communicating with people and often gets frustrated.

Mumbles: Can you put malt lickies on that?

Car Salesman: No, I'm not going to put anything on it.

Mumbles: Well, can you bartle doo the price?

Car Salesman: The price? $12,000.

Mumbles: Right, but can you bartle doo?

Car Salesman: I'm not sure what you mean by that word.

pottah pot- porta potty
wollin walli- rolling rally
ar chieve- achieve
bee yahn- barn
youse- you (plural)
well...you get the picture

Mumbly Grumbly

Term used to describe someone who complains, bitches and moans all the time but does it in a low 'mumbled' voice, and in low, run-on sentences so you can't understand what they are saying.
Usually, but not always, limited to grumpy old men.

That old dude looks mad, and keeps mumbling something, but I can't understand him.
Yeah that's old man Withers...he's always all Mumbly Grumbly.
