People who will follow you on Instagram. But once you follow them, they instantly unfollow you. In most cases this is done to keep their follower/following ratio in balance.

Guy 1: So Stacy added me on Instagram. But a couple days after I started following her, she quit following me..

Guy 2: She did the same thing to me! Her sister said she does it so who she follows doesn't outweigh her followers. Wtf?
