kelp hugger

A marine environmentalist or one who believes underwater kelp forests and all living things in the ocean or beaches should not be damaged or harmed. Someone who works to protect the aquatic environment from destruction or pollution. The synonym of a tree hugger or hippie except in an oceanic or aquatic environment.

Dana's such a kelp hugger that she joined Surfrider Foundation and now does the beach clean-up every month.

1. like a gold-digger, but for cars; most commonly women who sleep with or date men because they drive a nice car
2. a girl who gets turned on by nice cars

guy: yeah, I drive a corvette
girl: really?! can I see it?? we could go for a ride ::wink wink::

Titty Hugger

One who acts like a baby or a wussy; derived from the fact that babies do in fact "hug titties", and therefore titty hugger is used as a reference to any baby like behavior

hover hugger

a person which when hugging you is cautious and overly gentle, causing them to 'hover' their arms around you instead of hugging. This could be caused by anxiety, fear of what you think of them. It's almost like having a weak handshake, it feels odd and not pleasant at all.

hover hugger:*puts arms around to hug you*
you: *AHHHHH YOU'RE A HOVER HUGGER. c'mon lets teach you how to hug properly.'

Commonly found in the workplace. These are usually individuals that hang out in the Boss's office extensively and keep a close proximity to the supervisor or Boss

one who clings to technology and will fight for it's advancement.

one who loves the bus that they ride on so much that they are willing to hug it, even if it is in motion. this event breaks bus hugger into two sub categories
1)Smart bus hugger:hugs the back of the bus
2)Dumb bus hugger:hugs front of the bus (there are not many of these left as they are all dead or hospitalized)
