They are against those who get triggered for assuming their gender, and are almost always straight. Those who use this phrase are tired of seeing "woke" gender ideology and the obsessive increase in terms like Agender, Bigender, Cisgender, Gender fluid, Genderqueer, Transgender, gender neutral. Simply put, they dislike how people have to constantly make sure they are addressing someone by their "proper" gender since they can no longer assume someone's gender.
