Guruchod (Goo-roo-Chod), Guruchode (Goo-roo-chode) and Guruchodan (plural) is a DEROGATORY terms for Sikhs, mainly those from Brampton, Surrey and Yuba City. It insinuates an individual who has sexual relations with Guru Gobind Singh. It was originally coined by the late RRB Sahab in the early 2000s when his grandson's friends required a comeback for Sikh students who kept calling them Bhaman as well as harassing them about 1984, and Indira Gandhi. The term Guruchod spread like wildfire across the greater Toronto area, eventually make its way to the west coast where there is large Punjabi diaspora settled in British Columbia and California.
