Frostie

A "Frostie" is someone showing signs characteristic of Raynaud's syndrome/disease

The name stems from a twofold fact, the first being that a cause is attributed to cold and the second that one of the symptoms is a red/white/blue pallor of the skin (due to poor circulation of fingers and toes) that looks like frostbite.
