When a Tik Tok or IG content creator who looks like they probably have a serious mental disability creates content that would be average if done by a normal person, but because the content creator looks disabled it comes off as a lot more impressive and even inspirational.

Example: half of the white kids who post dance videos on Tik Tok.

Person 1: have you seen that retarded kid's dance videos on Tik Tok? He's an inspiration!

Person 2: Yeah, I thought so too, but after a while I figured out that kid's not retarded he's just weird looking.

Person 1: Damn, what a handi-capper!
