Essentially the same thing as trippin or whack. It is used to describe how rediculous something is. Can also be used as the adjective; "baffer," which means mother fucker or liar.

A Chav or Chavette is a complete Bumfinkal, because he/she believes they are gangsters or better than they actually are, when in fact they are a menace and a drain on society. What a waste of oxygen that complete Bumfinkal is.

Bum barfing

Usually occurs the morning after heavy drinking and can be accompanied with actual barfing. Involves regular trips to the toilet with little or no warning.

Guy 1: Hey dude, awesome night last night but you were wasted!
Guy 2: Yeah, it got pretty crazy!
Guy 1: How you feeling today? Pretty hung, I guess?
Guy 2: Oh yeah, been having a serious bum barfing session all day.
