A kick in the nuts

When a girl is mad at you and she swings her foot in-between your legs and a Sharp pain shoots up from your testicles to you stomach making you feel like your going to throw up, you feel like getting up and kicking her and breaking her vagina bone just so she can feel the same pain, but because of the abnormally large pain stops you from moving.( some side effects may be crying, blowing chunkes, rage, and reduced spurm count.

A kick in the nuts happens to every guy least once.

Clancy's nuts

A phrase meant to be used as a comparison for anything, with or without regard to the image itself. The phrase can be used in a comparison that makes sense to the literal meaning of the image--that is, there is a person named Clancy who has nuts (though "nuts" in itself can be interpreted as many things)--or in an abstraction.

Exactly; squarely; precisely. Saying something is "on the nuts" is akin to saying it's accurate and "on the mark." The phrase arises out of the experience of getting hit in the nuts, which, when hit exactly or squarely on the nuts, is much more significant than otherwise. Thus, you say something is "on the nuts" when it is exact and precise.
