The state of a vending machine or other coin operated apparatus that is unable to accept change because some the coin slot has coins or other debris blocking in it.

When a person has an irritatingly large number of coins stuffed in their wallet. Someone who is coinstipated needs to take a "coin dump" on their next purchase, in order to relieve pressure and reduce discomfort of the wallet and/or pocket regions.

"I keep paying in bills and now I'm so coinstipated that my wallet feels like it's about to explode!"

Coastie bump
