A wingman is a friend that you can bring to a bar or party in order to find women more easily.
The wingman is useful in case you don't already know a single women that is interested in hanging out and getting laid. A wingman avoids going out to a bar or party alone, which may not be fun and women may not be interested in guys hanging out alone. If several women are hanging out together, it is easier to approach women if you are with a wingman. While you are talking to the girl you are interested in, the wingman will take care of the other girls.
Usually the wingman is a single man, however he does not need to be single and it could be women, also known as wingwoman or winggirl. If you cannot find any friend interested in being your wingman, you may find one close to your city on websites or online groups of social networks of the "pickup artist" community.

A stripper who is too diseased and/or unattractive to persuade anyone too approach the stage during her performance. Commonly seen cleaning the stripper pole with a spray bottle of Windex for most or all of their allotted performing time, hence the name.

Up-wing 

This is a reference to the placement of libertarian views under the two-axis (Nolan) political spectrum, representing “economic freedoms” and “personal freedoms”. Political preferences are determined by how much government control a person or political party favours in these two areas.

Those at the top of the spectrum (Up-wing) are those that favour libertarianism (more economic and personal freedoms).

Those on the right of the spectrum favour conservatism (more economic freedom but more government intervention in personal matters).

Those on the left of the spectrum typically favour american liberalism (more personal freedoms but more government activism in economics matters).

Those at the bottom of the spectrum typically favour authoritarianism / statism (a lot of government control in both personal and economic areas).

ghetto wind chime

Any car with an alarm which is consistently activated by the slightest movement or vibration. Every low-income neighborhood has at least a few ghetto wind chimes present at all times. Frequently parked near sketch pads.

There are way too many ghetto wind chimes around here...they start sounding off every time a bird takes a shit on someone's windshield.
