Confutrosexual is a person who could be gay, but they seem to be confused about it, and people who know them are definitely confused. May be a man who is flagrantly homosexual but has a wife or a girlfriend. Similar to the term metro, you can describe someone or something as confutro.

He is quite confutrosexual (or confutro). He loves Barbara Streisand, is in Oprah's book club, wears pink knit sweaters, likes football and has a girlfriend. Elton John was confutrosexual before he came out.
