McDopeSwag

A concoction inspired by the McDank, or McNasty. The McDopeSwag is comprised of a Double Quarter Pounder, with as many McNuggets as you can possibly fit, and a handful of french fries placed between the two patties.

Gary Spent almost $12 at McD's and combined everything he got into one sandwich and called it the McDopeSwag. I think he hates himself.
