Only once you have low AFC tolerance levels will going to bed whilst having not watched YouTube during the day, feel as unpleasant as going to bed whilst being hungry. Persons who have subscribed to lots of YouTube channels in a row (i.e. 600+ channels), generally have worse AFK tolerance levels compared to those who subscribe to few to no YouTube channels.
After a week of being grounded without my phone, my AFK tolerance hit rock bottom; going to bed without catching up on my favorite YouTubers felt just as bad as sleeping on an empty stomach!
