To say "I know your hurting, I am too" to say "I hear you, I see you, I FEEL you" is the true answer to quiet the noise. To be one with yourself is to heal. You need to heal and you will. Take those shattered pieces and don't let them go, because you know that together they make you, even if they are not together at the moment.
