The Communications Over Various Feeds Electronically for Engagement Act (COVFEFE Act) is a bill introduced into the United States House of Representatives in 2017, during the 115th United States Congress.
The bill would amend the Presidential Records Act to preserve Twitter posts and other social media interactions of the president of the United States, and to require the National Archives to store such items.

Thought to have been a typo by 45th President of The United States of America, Donald Trump in his tweet which read
"Despite the constant negative press covfefe."
The internet ran wild with this, mostly liberal democrats using it to make fun of The President. The word actually has a meaning, which pertains to the rest of the tweet he made.
Yiddish in origin, Covfefe means "A futile search" or "a pointless and false quest". It was originally transliterated from Hebrew as "Kabfefe," whose etymology is "Kab"-relating to the mystical Qabalah - and "fefe," which is a word for "Butterfly."
What Trump was actually saying in Yiddish tweet-speak was "We are doing great things despite the press's negative and pointless search, aka fake news."
Looks like The President was playing 4D chess once again.

The Germans have a word that English speaking people don't, "schadenfreude" (is pleasure derived from the misfortune of others)
After traveling to Germany and meeting with miserable hag Angela Merkel from Hansel and Gretel lore The Great Fearless Leader MAGA Donald Trump coined the descriptive word "Covfefe", meaning 'pleasure derived from the misfortune of others' while he observed Kathy Griffins spectacular meltdown in national news

Something Liberals jump on because of their lack of intelligence or ability to combat people who disagree with them.

When you do absolutely anything you can, regardless of ethics or appropriateness to obtain attention, whether it's negative or positive. In context it means "I don't care what kind of negative press I got, because I did those things to get attention and they served my purposes anyway" or "that's why I do those stupid things". In Hollywood, they believed for a long time that any press was good press. It's kind of the same thing, only it's more sinister and can involve doing things that adversely affect or upset a large portion of the population, as upsetting them is one way to get attention from them and thereby validate your self importance.

A proof posted online that: As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Trump approaches 1. So far it has not been unproven.

A holiday (which can be any day) where you give a random gift, to anyone you choose, for whatever reason you what. No explanation needed.
Larry: someone left a gallon bag full of mushed up toilet paper, cookies, batteries and vanilla pudding on my door step.
Me: Happy Covfefe Day!
