The act of being so mentally challenged, home grown backwoods country bumpkin stupid, that simple tasks such as talking, physical activity (swimming) challenges the individual to extreme measures. During this process they become both extremely confused and frustrated at the situation, so much so, that it taxes their mental capacity to continue further activities such as and including breathing.
