A yearly competion where the winner is selected by whoever does the most horribly funny asshole like thing; the winner is decided on halloween every year and is awarded the honor of being asshole of the year and booze because there's no party without booze.

In a job context, someone who is cruelly inflexible and shows no understanding or compassion toward the unfortunate circumstances of others.

Demanding that the grease trap be cleaned out, the asshole fast-food manager threatened to fire Stephan if he took off a couple of days to take his terminally ill daughter to the Mayo Clinic for hospice care.

askhole (true definition)

those people who demand that you explain, prove, or provide evidence, or cites, etc, to an idea you are presenting... but then when you DO provide information to read, watch, listen to, they REFUSE (ignore-ance?) to review the information, because they were being DISHONEST about being open to the truth, or even willing to respectfully review the information which THEY DEMEANINGLY DEMANDED of you.

When i showed Fredbob the proof of the theory that he demanded of me, he REFUSED to read it like a total askhole (true definition).
