To swing your middle fingers as if you were a conductor orchestrating a band. More elaborate and eccentric way of giving someone the finger.

"Tye was a dick yesterday. Time to strike up the band when I see him next."

"If the teacher pisses you off just strike up the band and leave."

Like 'ricer', it's someone that puts unnecessary mods to their vehicles, but the S at the start is for Supercar. So it's someone that spends half a million on a exotic car, and makes it look like a 2-year-old made the customization blueprints for that vehicle.

"I saw a sricer last night, I feel bad for that Lamborghini!"
